Termination Policy

The rental agreement on your storage unit automatically renews each month, unless you terminate by written notice 15 days before the end of the month you would like to move-out. If you do not provide a written termination notice 15 days prior to the end of the current month, you are obligated to pay rent for preceding month (paragraph 2 of the lease).

I hereby give notice to vacate my unit. I will have the storage unit empty, swept clean and lock removed by 11:59 pm CST on my specified move-out date above. I understand that the storage unit may be rented to a new tenant the day follow my designated move-out date.
